FAQ's
Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
Absolutely! We love to meet couples and get to know them before the big day! This is also a good opportunity to discuss your vision, timeline, and work through any questions you may have.
What are your payment terms?
We require 30% of the booking fee, along with a signed service agreement to secure your wedding date. The balance of the booking fee is to be settled 1 calendar month prior to the wedding date. We know planning your dream wedding adds up quickly, please chat with us if you'd like to set up a payment plan of smaller installments.
How many hours does your wedding package cover?
Our signature collections start with 8 Hours of consecutive coverage. Additional hours of coverage can be booked at fixed hourly rates for photograph/cinematography or a combination of both.
Do you offer custom packages?
We do! Please reach out with some details about desired amount of hours of coverage and we shall get back to you with a proposal. We also offer customised add on options such as full ceremony & formal speeches films.
How much do you charge for travels?
We are based in Cape Town, we know South Africa has many beautiful locations on offer and we love to explore them all. Please keep in mind that for travel that exceeds 100km return trip, an additional R 9.00/km will be calculated. If your wedding venue is more than 200km from Cape Town, we request that accommodation for the night of your celebration be considered.
For wedding locations exceeding 300km from Cape Town, we recommended overnight stay the day before as well as on your wedding day. Should airfare/vehicle rental and/or an overnight stay be necessary, reputable accommodation and/or travel costs will be added to your quote.
